Founder of a licensed distributed district heating and cooling operator in China. The business develops, owns, and operates central clean-energy plants running on mid-deep geothermal, heat pumps, and solar-thermal, serving close to 10 million square meters of residential, campus, and institutional floor area under long-term operation. Her strength is long-term operation, holding a system to contract and keeping it running reliably year after year.

Min has led complex, multi-building programs from the ground up, bringing together the resources, engineering, and operations needed to take a project from commitment to long-term running. Min's strength is in organizing and delivering energy infrastructure at scale running them once built.

Process engineer and founder of a petrochemical and gas process-engineering firm established in 2004. The firm has delivered more than 200 process, gas-recovery, and LNG projects, from design through construction and commissioning, including international refinery and gas-processing work and modular LNG skid units. Qiang leads its process and industrial-energy engineering.
